Qi Flow is my unique combination of gentle, low resistance exercises designed to improve overall health. The practice combines elements of stretching, Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Qi Flow can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age and ability. Qi Flow focuses on the mind-body connection.
The gentle movements help develop muscular strength, stability and elasticity.
The diaphragmatic breathing used in Qi Flow encourages use of the full capacity of the respiratory system, eliciting relaxation and improvement in circulation and overall health.
