Technical advice is defined as guidance or recommendations on a specific subject, offered from an expert. Having a personal trainer provides you with guidance on how to perform exercises correctly including the correct body position, tempo, rep and set range. I have had several clients who have trained in gyms for many years which discover after personal training that the exercises they performed were incorrect! Correcting the technique makes a significant difference to performance and results.
